Tips & Tricks 

  • Cook it to 165° F or less, otherwise it will dryout
  • Once you have a crispy outside, do not sauce, this will make it go soggy.
  • To get a SUPER crispy outside, dry the chicken with a napkin, coat it in oil and put it on a hot grill until it turns golden brown.
  • Marinate the chicken the night before with aromatics (thyme or rosemary), olive oil, garlic and lemon to give it an extra layer to the flavors.
