Filet Mignon
Filet Mignon
Your filet destination starts here.
There's a reason this is our best-selling steak. Our USDA Choice Filet Mignon is the most tender cut on the steer, hand-cut and trimmed by our butchers into thick, even portions that sear beautifully and cook evenly every time. It's the steak that turns an ordinary Tuesday into date night and makes every celebration feel like a steakhouse reservation.
Why it's our best-seller:
- USDA Choice beef, graded for quality marbling and tenderness
- Hand-cut and trimmed by our butchers for a clean, restaurant-ready steak
- Wet-aged 28 days to naturally enhance tenderness
- Individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to lock in natural juices
- Available in 6 oz and 8 oz portions, in packs of 4, 8 or 12
Perfect for: Date nights, anniversaries, holiday dinners, gifting, and any night that deserves something special.
