BBQ Pork Baby Back Ribs
Set your grill to medium heat. Pat the ribs with your favorite dry rub, like smoked paprika, brown sugar, or garlic powder; generously season with salt and pepper. Place the ribs on the grill, close the lid, and cook for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally. In the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce for a rich, caramelized finish.
