1 Porterhouse steak

¼ cup of ground coffee

2 tablespoons of chili powder

1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Directions
Thaw your steak by placing it in the sealed plastic bag that comes with it and submerge it in cold water, changing it every 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Season the Porterhouse steak with ground coffee, chili powder, and brown sugar.
Sear each side of the steak for 4-5 minutes to create a caramelized crust.
Lower the heat to medium and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes per side.
Serve with chimichurri sauce.
